"We engaged Bill Cropper of The Change Forum to assist our regional
management team with strategic planning and learning; coach individual
managers and manager/staff groups and to facilitate one of our community
Action Learning Teams in the Whitsunday Region. We found Bill's approach to
be professional and well organised. The impact of his work in coaching our
teams towards becoming a learning organisation had a profound and
sustainable impact on the workplace. Bill quickly analysed the areas for
improvement in our communication and thinking and was able to challenge us
to confront our mental models both as individuals and as part of a team. The
blend of listening, analysing, confronting and coaching was successful in
creating change. All the resources left to support our continued progress
were both thorough and easily understood by all levels of staff. I can
definitely recommend his services to you."

Regional Director, Department of Families, Mackay Whitsunday Region |
