In-House Change Clinics – we will come to you...

The Change Forum specialises in designing innovative workplace change and improvement processes and skilling up change agents and teams. Our change-related courses can be run in-house in generic format or tailored to help support your specific change effort. Learning to Lead Change, Challenging Change Resistance and Preparing Yourself for Change or Preparing your People for Change can also be extended to support a major change initiative or adapted as part of an awareness-raising, planning or preparation phase in your own overall change program..

For groups of 12 to 20 personnel, we can transfer change skills to your key change leaders and staff in-house at an agreed time and preferred location.

Costs for in-house programs are charged on a whole event basis [Refer to our Terms of engagement for In-house Events.] incorporating facilitation fees, facilitator expenses and provision of a comprehensive resource Toolkit for each participant, designed to support real-time application of tools and ongoing learning back-at-work. Venue and catering are organised by the client.
