Coaching is a much more effective and emotionally intelligent style for leaders keen to build the capacity of others and boost bottom-line business results.

Many managers want to adopt more of a coaching style of leadership but need the know-how, confidence and support to start. A big step in supporting the transition to a coaching style is to equip leaders with simple tools that work and practice opportunities that assist them to learn how to do this safely. And that’s what The Coaching Leaders' Clinic is designed to do.
