Some Points to Note...

Fees are due on registration, payable within 14 days of Invoice and 14 days prior to attending the event

A Tax Invoice will be issued on receipt of a completed registration application

Submission of Registration Form is commitment to pay

bullet

Fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternative event up to fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event

bullet

Substitute participant welcome up to program commencement – prior notice preferred wherever possible

bullet

Discounts are offered conditional on advance payment as specified – otherwise the full fee becomes payable

bullet

Places limited at each event – priority will be given to paid registrations

bullet

Payment by EFT or Credit Card preferred – Purchase Orders NOT accepted in lieu of full payment

bullet

Course fee includes lunch, refreshments and self-coaching Toolkit (not travel, accommodation or any other participant expenses)

Participants requiring accommodation need to make their own arrangements

Please advise any special catering or other requirements at the time of registration

Venues are subject to change at the discretion of The Change Forum but nearby alternatives will always be sought as a preference
